On Thursday, March 18th,<\/strong> ALL UFCW Local 663 union members that want to have a COVID-19 vaccination will be able to receive it if you work at Butterfield Foods or Tony Downs Madelia. The times for the clinics are as follows:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tony Downs Foods Madelia<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Legion Hall, 12:00 PM \u2013 5:00 PM<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This is the pathway to getting to the end of the pandemic and keeping everyone healthy. Here is additional information that you may be interested in:
\u2022 There will be registration forms at the event for you to sign when you receive the vaccine. They will be populated with your information so you just need to read the information and sign it.
\u2022 You will not need to present your driver\u2019s license, insurance card or any other identification card.
\u2022 You can receive this vaccination for free regardless of whether you have insurance or not.
\u2022 There will be TD staff to assist with any questions or do any translating.
\u2022 Martin County Department of Human Services will be administering the vaccines at the Fairmont clinic and Watonwan County Department of Human Services along with Lewis Drug will conduct the Butterfield and Madelia clinics.
\u2022 Here are fact sheets (English<\/a> and Spanish<\/a> versions) that the Center for Disease Control (CDC) has put together answering questions you may have regarding receiving the vaccine. This vaccine requires two doses and the second dose will be scheduled for Thursday, April 15th.
