Open enrollment is January and February 2022.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Benefits include: Dental, Vision, Life, Doctor on Demand, AD&amp;D and employee assistance program \u2013 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.startwithteam.com\/\">TEAM<\/a>.<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Ancillary benefits cost $1 a week<\/li><li>Because it is a payroll deduction, you must sign up for these benefits<\/li><li>Ask for additional enrollment forms from your store\u2019s management team<\/li><li>New hires will have an open enrollment period of 60 or 90 days from their hire date (check your contract for details)<\/li><li>Call Wilson-McShane at (952) 851-5797 or toll-free at (844) 468-5917 or go to <a href=\"http:\/\/www.663benefits.com\/\">www.663benefits.com<\/a> for additional questions you may have about the coverage<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Real Quotes.
