Feel free to share and use when creating your proposals to protect each other at work. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ufcw663.org\/publications\/BrainerdCBA-FINAL-MinerBaxterCrosby-1-6-2022\/index.html?r=62\">Miner&#8217;s<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>12.5 Victim, Witness, and Domestic Abuse Leave: The Employer will provide reasonable time off \u221224\u2212 for an Employee\u2019s appearance, under subpoena, to testify on behalf of a victim of alleged domestic abuse or where an Employee is a victim of alleged domestic abuse. Employees who are victims of alleged domestic abuse will be provided with reasonable time off from work to obtain or attempt to obtain a straining order or protective order.
