UFCW 663 Members Ratify New Agreements, Gain Wages & Workplace Protections

Members at Lunds Manufacturing ratified a new two year agreement on March 30, 2021 that includes:

  • New pay scale for all employees
  • Increases in pay and raises each year of the contract for all members
  • Hazard Pay Bonus
  • Attendance incentives
  • Increase in safety footwear allowance
  • Maintains Health and Welfare and retirement security
  • Safety Protocol language for municipalities

The Union bargaining committee members were John Thurman, Karen Rissmiller, Mara Rincón, Secretary-Treasurer Paul Crandall and Union Representative Scott Larson.

UFCW 663 Members at Hirshfield’s Win Contract Gains

Members at Hirshfield’s ratified a new three year agreement on March 19, 2021 that includes:

  • Wage increase each year of the agreement
  • New, improved pay scale
  • Hazard Pay Bonus
  • New sales incentive bonus reviewed each fiscal year
  • Increase to commission rates for employees
  • Company attendance policy reward bonus
  • Safety and Security Protocol language

The Union bargaining committee members were Jeff Livingston, Dan Vetter, Secretary-Treasurer Paul Crandall and Union Representative Scott Larson.

Local 663 Healthcare Members Win Contract Gains at Villa at Park Health and Rehab

Members at Villa at Park Health and Rehab ratified a new three year agreement on April 28, 2021 that includes:

  • Wage increases in first year for all employees with wage reopeners in years two and three of contract
  • Increases to pay scales for all classifications
  • Ratification Bonus
  • Increases to shift differential for CNA employees, Preceptor & TMAs won an increase to their premiums
  • Attendance incentive bonus
  • Premium rate of pay for any employee working directly with a Covid-19 positive resident
  • Increases to vacation accrual
  • New Health & Safety language

The Union bargaining committee members were George Ayuka, Secretary-Treasurer Paul Crandall and Union Representative Amber Allen.
